That's the heart behind the Medi Awards. Created by the Culture Committee in 2025, this special celebration honors the team member from each location who makes a difference everyday - chosen not by titles or leadership , but by the residents, coworkers and families whose lives they touch.

In 2025 the Culture Committee launched the very first Medi Gala to honor the incredible people who make Medicalodges special. What started as a simple idea grew into a wonderful event that brings our employees together in celebration and gratitude.
